As a community people focused organisation it’s perhaps not surprising that our approach puts our people at its centre. We aim to achieve social and environmental sustainability. We seek to embed sustainability ensuring that our people are supported and developed to be ‘net better off’ in terms of health, employability, and environmental stewardship.
