A Taskforce Rapid Response Team, New to 2022, this pioneering service was conceived from the NHS crisis and the need to move recuperating patients from hospital to home, with a comprehensive care package and support.
Offering short term, hospital discharge service, providing regulated, in-home care and support across the breadth of Cornwall, to a wide range of ages and needs, enabling people to live as independently as possible in their communities upon discharge from local Hospital Trusts.
Our holistic approach ensures flexibility in our care packages, enabling us to adapt to each patient and their family’s unique needs. Being part of the Stayathome Family, The Taskforce team is also regulated by the Care Quality Commission – the independent regulator of health and social care in England.
