JOB TITLE: Marketing and Engagement Lead
HOURS: 37.5 Hours (Full Time)

As the Marketing and Engagement Lead for The CHAOS Group, you will be responsible for managing the company’s day to day marketing and social media initiatives and leading our dynamic creative and marketing team on a variety of projects, for both our company brand and external partners.
You will oversee the production of promotional materials, marketing campaigns and client relationships. Working alongside the Digital team and the Managing Director you will be responsible for ensuring your team develop, drive forward and deliver various marketing campaigns and implement strategies for each company, producing a variety of content, and promoting the group and its professional partners as a whole.
As the head of department, you will be expected to be involved at all levels, including campaign creation, organising promotional and community events, content creation, social media management, design and media production and client relations.
This role sits within our Marketing Team which is overseen by the Managing Director of The CHAOS Group.
Working under the creative direction of the Managing Director you will ensure the company reaches its marketing and communication goals, objectives and targets. You’ll be responsible for leading a small team of creatives to manage, maintaining, create and capture a variety of content including online content for the company website, social media accounts, newsletters, press releases, engagement tools, photography, promotional materials and copywriting as well as organising and overseeing the smooth delivery of community engagement activities and promotional events both in-house and on location.
Within this role you will be required to assess the results of marketing campaigns, analysing data and write evaluation reports alongside cultivating and maintaining excellent client relationships and PR. This role requires you to work directly with the community, third sector and local authority organisations to develop and deliver co-produced opportunities within the community.
