JOB ONE: Rota Leader (Full Time)
JOB TWO: Rota Coordinator (Part Time)
Four days office with One day support, progressing to full time rota leader
Three days office with Two days support, progressing to full time rota co-ordination
Holiday – The applicant will be responsible for initially authorizing annual leave for the company’s employees, these will then be signed off by the Manager.
Rotas – The applicant will be responsible for planning monthly rotas as well as allocating the short calls in the Roseland on a weekly. They will also be responsible for planning Client/team specific meetings when requested from the coordinators at a time that suits most staff via their rotas.
Support work – It is important to the needs of the business that the individual knows the people that are most important to us are the clients, therefore they will be expected to spend 1-2 days a week on visits to cover care work. We are one team and so there may be occasions during sickness and holidays where weekend cover maybe required, applicant should be flexible to do this if necessary.
Duty Manager – Stayathome provides support to its people 24 hours a week 365 days a year and therefore provides staff support around the clock, this is done by each office member one day a week and then 1 weekend on a rotational basis which the rota assistance will plan.
Office responsibilities – Helping implement changes daily if there is sickness from the team on the ground. Documentation is paramount to the work we do to ensure that communication is effective and in order to keep the people we support safe; applicant will need to have good literacy and IT skills to support this.
The ability to remain calm under pressure, possess excellent communication skills and work to deadlines is essential, along with professional manner, the ability to work in a team and capacity to prioritize effectively. The ideal candidate will possess previous rota coordination and team leader experience, a good general knowledge of the Health and Care Sector, staffing rota issues, with a working knowledge of Office 365 being essential.
